Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast/thighs
  • Cooked brown rice
  • Diced cucumber
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Yoghurt
  • Tahini
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic clove

Cooking instructions
