  • Baked falafel
  • Whole wheat pita
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Hummus

 Cooking instructions

     1. Warm pita, spread hummus on one side.

    2. Add falafel, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

    3. Roll up and serve.
