Grilled lamb chops with tabbouleh salad

This dish pairs tender, juicy lamb chops with a vibrant, herb-packed salad that’s light and refreshing. An excellent balance of rich and earthy lamb with the fresh, tangy salad—ideal for a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Lamb chops
  • Cooked bulgur
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Diced cucumbers
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking instructions

 1. Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, and olive oil, grill for 3-4 minutes per side.

 2. Mix bulgur, parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper for tabbouleh.

 3. Serve lamb chops with tabbouleh.
