Grilled shrimp with whole grain couscous and steamed broccoli

This Mediterranean Shrimp recipe is loaded full of flavour, and it makes a healthy and easy weeknight meal. Every mouthful from the soft couscous to the warm shrimp and the zesty lemon mixture is both delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled)
  • Cooked whole grain couscous
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

 Cooking instructions

 1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil, then grill for 2-3 minutes per side.

 2. Serve shrimp with couscous and steamed broccoli, with a drizzle of lemon juice.
