Bradford community group raises significant funds for HRF's worldwide projects.

The Bradford Sunni Muslim Khalifa Society (BSMKS), has successfully raised a stunning £23,000 to support a variety of international humanitarian aid programmes run by the Bradford-based humanitarian aid charity, Human Relief Foundation (HRF). The society’s members have contributed generously to multiple emergency appeals, providing vital assistance to those affected by recent conflicts and natural disasters worldwide.

The funds raised by BSMKS have been directed towards urgent humanitarian needs, including aid for victims of the ongoing crises in Palestine and Lebanon, and towards HRF’s ongoing international relief programmes. This initiative reflects the masjid’s commitment to global humanitarian causes and its dedication to supporting those in dire need.

Human Relief Foundation Fundraising Coordinator for the North, Mohammed Talhah expressed his gratitude on behalf of HRF for the society’s outstanding fundraising efforts:

“We are incredibly grateful to the Bradford Sunni Muslim Khalifa Society and its community for their generosity and unwavering support. Their contributions will provide much-needed relief to those suffering from conflict, displacement, and natural disasters. Partnerships like these are crucial in ensuring that aid reaches those who need it most, and we deeply appreciate Masjid-e Usman’s commitment to making a difference.”

Esmail Suleman, Chair of the BSMKS also shared the motivation behind choosing Human Relief Foundation as their preferred charity:

“We believe in supporting humanitarian efforts that have a real and lasting impact on vulnerable communities around the world. Human Relief Foundation’s longstanding dedication to delivering aid with transparency and efficiency made it an obvious choice for us. We are humbled by the generosity of our congregation and remain committed to assisting those in need through HRF’s life-changing initiatives.”
